Questions agents ask before they join

How much does AXEN Realty charge agents?

As of 15 October 2026: on the Pro plan, $500 per closing, capped at $6,000 a year. The Elite plan is $1,000 per closing, capped at $12,000. A sale under $2,500 of commission pays 10% of the commission instead. Leases, rentals and referrals pay 10%, max $500 ($1,000 on Elite), plus a $50 admin fee. Every sale also has a $295 admin fee, even after the cap, and there is a $50 a month platform fee. There is no commission split. MLS and association dues are not included and are the agent's own.

Is AXEN Realty a 100% commission brokerage?

Yes. AXEN takes no percentage of your commission. You pay a flat fee per closing until you reach your yearly cap, then that fee is $0 until your AXEN anniversary. The $295 admin fee per sale and the $50 a month platform fee still apply. MLS and association dues are separate and are your own, as at any brokerage.

Do I have to use AXEN's lender, title or insurance company?

No. AXEN has affiliated mortgage, title and insurance companies, but you never have to use them. Your clients can use anyone they choose.

How does revenue share work at AXEN?

When agents you bring to AXEN close deals, you earn rev share up to five levels deep, with no quota to unlock a level: $100 a level per closing by an agent on Pro, $200 on Elite. It is paid only while a file fee is charged on that closing, so it stops once that agent caps. It is not a promise of income.

What happens to my pending deals?

If your old brokerage releases a pending deal to AXEN, it costs you $0 at AXEN: no file fee and no split.

How long does it take to move my license to AXEN?

The paperwork on your end takes about 10 minutes. Your state board and your current broker set the timing on your license and any pending deals. We walk you through your state's steps.
